58th Independence: Oyo organises march past, donates to less privileged

The Oyo State Government will on Monday commemorate the Nigeria's 58th Independence anniversary with  a March Past at the Lekan Salami Sports Complex, Adamasingba, Ibadan for pupils and students in both public and private schools in the state.

The Oyo State Commissioner for Information, Culture and Tourism, Mr. Toye Arulogun early morning on Thursday lost his dad, Alhaji Adegboyega Arulogun at the age of 84. 

ASKING AMBODE TO STEP DOWN IS AGAINST DEMOCRACY- CAMPAIGN ORGANISATION

The Ambode Mandate Support Group (AMSG) on Saturday faulted reports in the media purportedly quoting the Governors Advisory Council (GAC) of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Lagos, asking the State Governor, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode to withdraw his second term bid, saying that such directive was inimical to the democracy which the party preaches.
