HOW 24 HEADS OF PARASTATALS/AGENCIES LOST OUT

FG on Monday announced the removal of DGs & CEOs of 24 agencies and parastatals.

This was after news filtered in that heads of NTA, FRCN, VON, NAN and NBC, have all been sacked.

This was contained in a statement issued by the SGF, Babachir Lawal, which listed other heads of parastatals affected to include:
* Petroleum Technology Development Fund
* New Partnership for Africa’s Development
* Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund
* Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board
* Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria...

Meanwhile, PMB has approved the appointment of a former member of the House of Representatives, Hon. Abike Dabiri-Erewa, as his Senior Special Assistant on Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, who served as Chairman of the Committee on Diaspora in the 7th House of Representatives.

The DGs of federal parastatals directed to hand over the most senior officer in the various agencies, include:

* Industrial Training Fund
