MY TEN KOBO; DEAN LEFAK!.

Good news are coming out of LASU these days, after the gut wrenching antics of the former VC nearly brought the University to her knees.

First was tinkering with the laws setting up LASU ; making it a residential institution, proclaiming the single five year tenure for Vice Chancellors and returning major decision making powers to the Governing board and the Senate.

On top of these were the appointment of youthful professor Adigun Fagboun as Vice Chancellor and a total facelift of the main campus, thereby creating an environment conducive for teaching and research for the first time in over a decade.

And now with the election of my personal person, Professor Adeleke Lefak Fakoya, as Dean, Faculty of Arts, it is obvious that finally, round pegs are being put in round holes.

Congratulations to Dean Lefak, I am, as always, very proud of you.

It's going to be a bloody jolly ride , innit, guvnor?
