"WE WILL END NIGERIA'S NATIONS CUP DREAM"- LE ROY

DR Congo manager, Claude Le Roy, has vowed that his team would not lose to the Super Eagles when they clash for the second time in two months on November 15 in Pointe Noire.
DR Congo manager, Claude Le RoyThe Red Devils beat the Eagles in Calabar in September 3-2 and is currently second in Group A of the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
Le Roy is confident that Congo will beat Nigeria and qualify for the tournament.
“I am sure that we will qualify for next year’s Nations Cup because we are not going to lose at home to Nigeria,” Le Roy told Radio France International.
And the French coach, who has never lost to Nigeria, is confident that he will again be victorious over the Nigerian team.
“I am confident that we will beat Nigeria, which will guarantee our place in next year’s tournament,” Le Roy added.
“The magic for us was beating Nigeria in Calabar. That result was so crucial for us and we are not going to let our effort go in vain when Nigeria comes to Congo”, he concluded.
Nigeria needs to win its last two matches – away to Congo and home to South Africa to guarantee at least a second place finish in the group and the chance to defend the title it won in 2013 in South Africa.
